Cette extension contemporaine aux lignes inspir\u00e9es de l\u2019architecture traditionnelle apporte une dimension ludique \u00e0 la maison, tout en offrant davantage d\u2019ouverture et de lumi\u00e8re naturelle. L\u2019ancien petit s\u00e9jour laisse d\u00e9sormais place \u00e0 un espace fluide et continu r\u00e9unissant cuisine, salle \u00e0 manger et terrasse ext\u00e9rieure, pens\u00e9 comme un v\u00e9ritable lieu de vie pour toute la famille.\nAu niveau inf\u00e9rieur, un nouveau studio a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9, tandis qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tage, une chambre parentale plus spacieuse ainsi qu\u2019un coin am\u00e9nag\u00e9 dans les combles, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la lecture ou \u00e0 la d\u00e9tente, compl\u00e8tent le projet.<\/p>

Gasperich est un quartier urbain dense de la ville de Luxembourg, autrefois habit\u00e9 par des ouvriers d\u2019usine. Aujourd\u2019hui en pleine transformation, il conna\u00eet un important renouveau architectural. L\u2019expression ext\u00e9rieure de cette extension respecte l\u2019histoire et le caract\u00e8re du quartier, tandis que les fen\u00eatres pleine hauteur et le bardage continu conf\u00e8rent \u00e0 la maison une identit\u00e9 plus contemporaine et l\u00e9g\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/p>

Le bardage, pos\u00e9 sur une ossature en bois, est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau en fibres-ciment connu sous le nom de Cedral, pouvant \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 aussi bien en fa\u00e7ade qu\u2019en couverture. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau innovant, r\u00e9sistant aux intemp\u00e9ries, durable, l\u00e9ger et dot\u00e9 d\u2019une expression architecturale affirm\u00e9e.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
