Ces deux maisons aux proportions sym\u00e9triquement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es ont transform\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re positive le mode de vie de leurs propri\u00e9taires. L\u2019ancienne petite maison unifamiliale pr\u00e9sente sur le terrain a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9molie afin de laisser place \u00e0 une nouvelle conception offrant davantage d\u2019espace, de lumi\u00e8re et de liens avec l\u2019environnement naturel alentour. La construction d\u2019une seconde maison adjacente a \u00e9galement permis au projet de s\u2019autofinancer de mani\u00e8re particuli\u00e8rement harmonieuse.\u00a0<\/p>

Les deux maisons ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ues autour d\u2019un noyau central structurant les circulations. Cette organisation permet \u00e0 la lumi\u00e8re et \u00e0 l\u2019air de circuler naturellement \u00e0 travers les espaces. Des balcons et des terrasses prolongent ensuite les pi\u00e8ces de vie \u00e0 l\u2019avant comme \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re des habitations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Un enduit gris fonc\u00e9 encadre la fa\u00e7ade en bois ajour\u00e9 patin\u00e9, reposant sur un soubassement en pierre naturelle. Les finitions int\u00e9rieures puisent elles aussi dans des mat\u00e9riaux d\u2019origine naturelle. Sols en ardoise, fen\u00eatres \u00e0 encadrements bois et murs en pl\u00e2tre blanc et vert sauge composent un d\u00e9cor harmonieux, laissant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments personnels des familles d\u00e9finir le caract\u00e8re propre \u00e0 chaque espace de vie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
