R\u00e9pondant au relief du terrain par un jeu de terrasses superpos\u00e9es et une organisation \u00ab invers\u00e9e \u00bb des espaces, cette maison s\u2019inscrit d\u00e9sormais pleinement dans le paysage. Apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9cu pendant des ann\u00e9es dans une maison de style campagnard des ann\u00e9es 1970 situ\u00e9e sur le m\u00eame terrain \u00e0 Junglinster, les clients ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de la d\u00e9molir afin de construire une habitation capable de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la forme triangulaire de la parcelle tout en tirant parti des pentes et des vues environnantes.<\/p>\n

Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, partiellement enterr\u00e9, s\u2019ouvre vers l\u2019avant afin de laisser p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la lumi\u00e8re naturelle dans l\u2019entr\u00e9e et la salle de fitness. Au premier \u00e9tage, une vaste terrasse en bois enveloppe la suite parentale ainsi que le salon familial intimiste, offrant aux espaces une sensation d\u2019amplitude accrue. Les deux chambres des enfants disposent de bureaux int\u00e9gr\u00e9s plac\u00e9s devant des fen\u00eatres pleine largeur, leur donnant l\u2019impression d\u2019\u00eatre en contact direct avec l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n

Le dernier \u00e9tage adopte un plan enti\u00e8rement ouvert o\u00f9 cuisine, s\u00e9jour, terrasse et piscine se fondent harmonieusement avec les vues environnantes. Le b\u00e9ton apparent et les murs en pl\u00e2tre blanc aux tonalit\u00e9s douces sont sublim\u00e9s par une cuisine en marbre noir, cr\u00e9ant un d\u00e9cor sobre et apaisant o\u00f9 les saisons viennent transformer l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re.<\/p>\n

Le mode de vie de la famille s\u2019est transform\u00e9 positivement dans cette nouvelle maison. Le vaste dernier \u00e9tage ouvert, prolong\u00e9 par de g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses terrasses, permet de recevoir amis et proches, que ce soit pour regarder un match de football, organiser un barbecue ou partager des moments conviviaux pendant que les enfants jouent dans la piscine. La palette de couleurs ainsi que le th\u00e8me inspir\u00e9 des cactus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis par les clients en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 l\u2019architecture en adobe de l\u2019Arizona, dont ils appr\u00e9ciaient l\u2019esth\u00e9tique chaleureuse et min\u00e9rale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
