Situ\u00e9e au bord du village de Goetzingen, l\u2019extension et la transformation de cette maison ouvrent de larges vues sur les champs et for\u00eats environnants, tout en cr\u00e9ant une continuit\u00e9 fluide entre la terrasse, le s\u00e9jour et la nouvelle cuisine. Les tonalit\u00e9s claires des murs en enduit blanc et des sols en bois naturel sont ponctu\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments gris anthracite qui structurent les espaces avec une \u00e9l\u00e9gante sobri\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n

La cuisine Varenna r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Poliform est s\u00e9par\u00e9e de l\u2019espace de vie par l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus marquant du projet : une cloison en bois gris anthracite int\u00e9grant rangements et vitrines. Les plans de travail en pierre naturelle sont compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par une table-bar int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans le m\u00eame bois sombre. Un petit coin petit-d\u00e9jeuner, install\u00e9 dans le prolongement du parquet venant du s\u00e9jour, permet de profiter d\u2019un moment de d\u00e9tente face au paysage environnant.<\/p>\n

Parmi les nouveaux am\u00e9nagements de la maison figurent \u00e9galement une terrasse en contrebas ainsi qu\u2019un sauna privatif. Cette terrasse permet d\u2019apporter la lumi\u00e8re naturelle aux deux nouvelles pi\u00e8ces situ\u00e9es au sous-sol de l\u2019extension. Depuis chacune d\u2019elles, un acc\u00e8s direct \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur offre un espace paisible pour profiter du soleil et se d\u00e9tendre en toute intimit\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
