Situ\u00e9 le long de la rivi\u00e8re Eisch, le village de Septfontaines fait partie de la remarquable vall\u00e9e des \u00ab Sept Ch\u00e2teaux \u00bb, la plus vaste zone \u00e9cologiquement prot\u00e9g\u00e9e du pays. L\u2019histoire de cette r\u00e9gion rurale et paisible se refl\u00e8te dans les petites maisons et fermes environnantes. R\u00e9alis\u00e9es \u00e0 partir de bois et de pierre issus de ressources locales, ces constructions t\u00e9moignent des techniques de construction r\u00e9gionales ainsi que des diff\u00e9rentes expressions architecturales propres \u00e0 leur \u00e9poque.\u00a0<\/p>

Le projet \u00ab Atschent \u00bb, compos\u00e9 de cinq maisons priv\u00e9es et d\u2019un immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel de cinq logements, offre au village de Septfontaines un nouveau quartier \u00e0 la fois \u00e9cologique et contemporain. Pens\u00e9 comme une entr\u00e9e accueillante du village, le projet reprend des formes et des fa\u00e7ades inspir\u00e9es de l\u2019architecture locale. Les volets en bois rendent hommage au patrimoine existant tout en apportant une dimension naturelle et dynamique qui anime les habitations.<\/p>

Les int\u00e9rieurs des maisons priv\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7us pour maximiser l\u2019apport de lumi\u00e8re naturelle, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des s\u00e9jours en double hauteur s\u2019ouvrant directement sur les terrasses et les jardins. Dans la r\u00e9sidence, tous les appartements sont orient\u00e9s au sud et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de terrasses privatives ainsi que de fen\u00eatres toute hauteur. Cette continuit\u00e9 apaisante entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur atteint son expression la plus spectaculaire dans le penthouse en toiture, offrant une vue magnifiquement cadr\u00e9e sur la vall\u00e9e.<\/p>

Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 travailler autour de la vision de Jorge Daniel Pinto, qui souhaitait cr\u00e9er une architecture \u00e9l\u00e9gante et harmonieuse int\u00e9grant le syst\u00e8me structurel innovant en bois lamell\u00e9 sans colle d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par Leko Labs. Ce nouveau syst\u00e8me constructif est non seulement durable et circulaire, mais pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement de nombreux autres avantages.
