Lorsque nos clients arrivent chez eux \u00e0 Beringen, ils sont accueillis par des vues d\u00e9gag\u00e9es sur la rivi\u00e8re Alzette, une lumi\u00e8re naturelle omnipr\u00e9sente et une v\u00e9ritable sensation d\u2019\u00e9vasion.<\/p>

Cette atmosph\u00e8re na\u00eet du dialogue constant et vari\u00e9 entre les espaces int\u00e9rieurs et ext\u00e9rieurs, ainsi que des multiples perspectives qui les relient. La maison a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9e pour accueillir deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations. La jeune famille b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019une vaste terrasse ainsi que des espaces de vie \u2014 salon, cuisine et salle \u00e0 manger \u2014 ouverts sur le jardin, tandis que les chambres et salles de bains se situent au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e. La suite parentale profite d\u2019une vue sur le jardin et d\u2019une loggia privative. La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration senior occupe le premier \u00e9tage et dispose d\u2019une mezzanine au niveau de la toiture, surplombant l\u2019espace de vie et ouverte sur la terrasse sup\u00e9rieure.<\/p>

Une entr\u00e9e commune baign\u00e9e de lumi\u00e8re naturelle, un ascenseur et un escalier desservent les deux habitations. L\u2019escalier et l\u2019ascenseur donnent \u00e9galement acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une chambre ind\u00e9pendante avec salle de bain, pouvant accueillir les invit\u00e9s de l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration.<\/p>

Le design de la maison respecte l\u2019architecture du quartier et de la r\u00e9gion tout en affirmant une modernit\u00e9 empreinte de simplicit\u00e9 \u00e9l\u00e9gante. De fins poteaux en acier et des c\u00e2bles de tension soutiennent la structure arri\u00e8re, permettant aux fa\u00e7ades du niveau jardin d\u2019\u00eatre enti\u00e8rement vitr\u00e9es et de fusionner harmonieusement int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur.
