Ce projet situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Belair consiste en la r\u00e9novation et la transformation d\u2019une maison des ann\u00e9es 1930. Il met en valeur le charme de l\u2019architecture d\u2019\u00e9poque tout en int\u00e9grant des am\u00e9nagements contemporains et fonctionnels, cr\u00e9ant ainsi un espace de vie lumineux et ouvert.

La r\u00e9novation comprend l\u2019extension de la toiture arri\u00e8re afin de transformer les combles en une nouvelle salle de jeux pour les enfants. Dans le prolongement de cette transformation, le dernier \u00e9tage a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9 avec un parquet chaleureux, apportant confort et \u00e9l\u00e9gance.<\/p>

Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e, un espace enti\u00e8rement ouvert relie harmonieusement le s\u00e9jour, la cuisine et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. La terrasse a \u00e9t\u00e9 rehauss\u00e9e au niveau de la cuisine afin de cr\u00e9er une continuit\u00e9 fluide entre int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, offrant une vue d\u00e9gag\u00e9e sur le jardin et prolongeant les espaces de vie vers l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>

A delicate balance has been achieved between preserving the home’s historic features, such as the ceiling mouldings and original wooden floors, and incorporating modern, minimalist furniture. Custom wooden furniture enhances the refined aesthetic.<\/p>

Le jardin a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pr\u00e9server l\u2019intimit\u00e9 vis-\u00e0-vis des constructions voisines tout en laissant g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement entrer la lumi\u00e8re naturelle. Il int\u00e8gre \u00e9galement des espaces pratiques d\u00e9di\u00e9s au rangement des poubelles et des v\u00e9los.<\/p>
