In their series of articles about female founders in Luxembourg, Paperjam interviewed Sahar about what it has been like to found and manage an architecture firm for the past 12 years. Her short answer, “<\/span>“Above all, I’ve learned that it’s essential to be passionate about what you do. There are moments of success, but also a lot of challenges. It’s a bit like being on a rollercoaster all the time.”<\/span><\/p>

She also speaks about the importance of her family and her plans for the future of Saharchitects,\u00a0<\/span>“I want to focus on improving the quality of our projects and services. In addition, I intend to invest more in my current team, prepare them to mentor new talent and thus expand our office.”\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
